Being beauty is the desire of many women. Various methods are used to make it happen starting from body care, dietary, exercise and so forth. Unfortunately there are some errors that may not be known but usually done by women so as to make the process of beauty treatments to be less than optimal.

1. Avoid fatty

An excessive amount of fat does bring problems for our bodies, but the fat still needed. Lack of fat intake can cause dry skin, scaly, and hair to be branched. Intake of good fats comes from vegetable fat consumed, so that you can get a beautiful skin without sacrificing your body shape.

2. Lack of exercise
