Humans as the most perfect beings definitely need food to get energy sources, and it was understood by everyone. Currently, many diseases are caused by the wrong diet. Therefore, knowing that a healthy diet is a must for us.
To get a healthy diet that requires three things:
The amount of food
The amount of energy we spend must be balanced by the number of calories we entered. If the number of calories in larger and the amount of energy we spend less, then we will be overweight.
Type of food
The food we eat must contain carbohydrate, protein, fat and specific nutrients.
We can meet the complex carbohydrates on wheat, rice, flour, fruit and vegetables, while the body’s need is at least 25 grams of fiber per day. To meet these needs are encouraged to consume fruits and vegetables. Protein consumption should be complete between vegetable and animal protein.
The human body also needs fat, but consumption of excessive fat will cause a negative impact. Sources of vitamins and minerals found in vitamin A (milk, carrots, and vegetables), vitamin D (fish, and egg yolks), vitamin E (oil, and soy), vitamin K (broccoli, and spinach), vitamin B (wheat, fish, and eggs), and calcium (milk, fish, and soy).
Meal schedule
Have regular eating schedule, it’s better to eat in small amounts but frequently and regularly than eating in a portion of a lot but not regularly.
