The Danger of Cigarettes for Smokers and the Environment

Everyone must have known about the dangers of smoking both to themselves (the smoker) and for others (secondhand smoke). Even the smoker was actually aware of and know about the dangers of smoking, but why the smoker still maintaining an unhealthy lifestyle? Following the lifestyle, reduce stress, have an addiction, as a means of refreshing, that’s some reason that is usually used by smokers.

Each 1 cigarette contains more than 4000 agents and 2000 of them having an impact that is not good for health, such as radioactive materials (polonium-201) and materials used in the paint (acetone), washing the floor (ammonia), insecticide (DDT), termite poison (arsenic), toxic gases (hydrogen cyanide), etc..

The most dangerous substances in cigarettes is the Tar, Nicotine and Carbon Monoxide. Tar contains approximately forty three ingredients that cause cancer or called by carcinogens. Nicotine has a substance in cigarettes that can cause addiction, this is why smokers difficult to stop the bad habit. Nicotine is the substance in cigarettes that cause heart disease risk, 25 percent of people with heart disease caused by smoking.

Among the malignant diseases are caused by smoking are cancer (mouth cancer, esophageal cancer, throat cancer, pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer etc.), chronic respiratory disease, Stroke, Heart disease, Infertility, Maternity baby the defects, miscarriage baby, Bronchitis, cough and so forth.

With so many dangers of smoking to your health, do you still want to maintain your bad habits?
