Pregnancy is a happy thing for a mother, but also requires a sacrifice that is light. Sometimes pregnancy brings disruption to the health of pregnant women. Several diseases in pregnancy as follows:
First Nausea and vomiting
The symptoms of nausea and vomiting, sometimes accompanied often in early pregnancy (first trimester) may occur. This is because the body adjusts to the hormonal changes during pregnancy, physiological changes, and so on. Ways to reduce these symptoms:
- Eat smaller portions, but often
- Time to not eat or drink the same, but the half-hourly
- Reduced-fat foods to reduce nausea
- In the form of dry foods like toast, crackers, and other
- Multiply the fruit juice
Second Constipation
Or commonly known as a hard stool often occurs during pregnancy, this was due to the reduction of intestinal smooth muscle movement, increased water uptake by the intestine and reduced physical activity. This can be reduced by:
- Drink plenty of water and increase fibrous foods such as fruits and vegetables
- Regular physical activity or light, such as brisk walking routine
Third Anemia
Anemia is a complication that often occurs in pregnant women. About 50% of pregnant women suffer from anemia. Usually this is due to iron deficiency, floated or vitamin B 12 in the daily diet.
To resolve this problem is different from food intake as a source of nutrients often advised iron tablets per day. Feed many of them contain such substances.
4th Hemorrhoids
This is caused by blockage of blood flow following muscle relaxation in blood vessels behind the influence of pregnancy hormones. Approaches:
- Multiply, consume more fruits and vegetables
- Drinking water and not eating foods that increase as spicy foods, very mad, etc.
- Exercise regularly morning walk
5th Swelling
Swelling usually occurs in the legs and feet, caused by the accumulation of water in the body in excessive amounts. To solve this problem:
- Add the number of breaks, and are often on the left side
- Increase in foot position at the time of the meeting
- Limit salt intake.
